How do I get on your calendar?

So simple. Just fill out a submission form here or here and hit submit. Within 24 hours you will hear from us with our open availability. If nothing is open this month we can put you on the calendar at a later date.

How many edits do I get?

We want your final brand pieces to exceed all of your expectations. That is why we spend so much time on the beginning stages of the process. Before we even dive into design we have two 30 minute calls, gather the items that inspire you the most and build a collaborative inspiration board for your brand. This gives us a great starting point because we truly capture all of your desires. For additional edits we offer one round of edits for the collaborative inspiration board, two edits for your chosen logo variation and one round of edits for your final brand board.

What if I can’t afford the full payment upfront?

We offer a payment plan of 50% down and 50% before your final product is delivered. However, if you need a more flexible plan we want to help any way we can so be sure to still message us!

How will we communicate?

We offer all of our clients a personal password protected page (that’s a mouthful) on our website. On your personal page you can check the status of your project, download your files, book your calls and access your homework questionnaire at any time. If you pay upfront we also upload the bonus videos first thing.

What happens after I submit my form?

After you submit your form you will receive an email from us within 24 hours. In the email we will lay out the process and let you know our availability. Once we get the go ahead from you on the date you will receive a series of emails consisting of our client contract, an invoice for payment and a link to your personal page (see above) to get started on your questionnaire.

Do you have a super elite group with like-minded individuals i can join?
